1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the EQ369 application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

This agreement is between you and EQ369 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the developer of EQ369.

2. Use of the App

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use EQ369.

2.2 Account Registration

• Provide a valid mobile number for OTP verification.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and passcode.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if your account is used without authorization.

2.3 Permitted Use

EQ369 may only be used for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

2.4 Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineer or modify the App.
• Share your account with others.
• Use bots or automated tools.
• Upload harmful or illegal content.
• Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions.
• Violate any applicable law.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Plans

EQ369 offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features.

3.2 Payment

• iOS: Payments are charged to your Apple ID.
• Android: Payments are securely processed through Razorpay.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current subscription expires.

3.4 Renewal Charges

Renewal charges are processed within 24 hours before the subscription period ends.

3.7 Refunds

• iOS: Refunds are handled only by Apple.
• Android: Refund requests are reviewed individually if submitted within 48 hours.

3.8 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices after providing prior notice.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All text, videos, audio, quizzes, graphics, course materials and other content belong to EQ369 or its licensors.

4.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App.

4.3 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Referral Program

• Rewards are credited after successful qualifying referrals.
• Referral policies may change at any time.
• Fraudulent referrals may result in suspension.
• Referral rewards have no cash value unless expressly stated.

6. Wallet & Withdrawals

• Wallet credits are earned through referrals and rewards.
• Withdrawals require minimum thresholds and verification.
• Fraudulent activity may result in withheld withdrawals.
• Wallet balances are non-transferable.

7. Certificates

• Certificates are awarded upon qualifying completion.
• Certificates recognize personal achievement only.
• They are not academic or professional qualifications.
• Certificates may be revoked for fraudulent activity.

Your account may be suspended or terminated if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Commit fraudulent activity.
• Abuse the referral or rewards system.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Unused subscription periods are non-refundable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of EQ369 after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
